Kyla Schuller is Associate Professor of Women’s and Gender Studies at Rutgers University, New Brunswick and author of The Biopolitics of Feeling: Race, Sex, and Science in the Nineteenth Century (Durham, NC: Duke University Press, 2018). Her work at the intersections of feminist science studies and multiethnic cultural studies has been supported by the ACLS and Stanford Humanities Center and has appeared in American Quarterly, GLQ, Configurations, and other venues.
